Calling all fudge lovers - this one's for you (or those nearest and dearest to you to gift it to)!
The Big Slab is exactly what it says on the tin, or should I say on the beautifully presented gift box... It's a giant slab of our delicious old-fashioned crumbly style fudge!
We also portion and package our fudge into smaller individually wrapped bars, ideal for giving as a small gift, for wedding favours, or just as an occassional sweet treat to go with your coffee.

Fudge
Traditional, old-fashioned fudge with that nostalgic taste and crumbly, melt-in-the mouth texture, prepared in small batches in our Little Birnam Kitchen baking studio.
Our big slab of fudge weighs in close to a whopping 1.5kg (slight fluctuations depending on your chosen flavour) and measures almost 9 inches squared. That's a whole lot of fudge. The equivalent of eight of our usual sized fudge bars to be precise, scored into 64 bite-sized cubes.
We wrap it all up carefully and present it in a luxury gift box with our classic swing tag and ribbon. We think it's ideal for giving as a gift or taking along to a family gathering or celebration, perfect as an after dinner treat. The long shelf-life means it will last a while, so you don't need to be devouring it all at once - your dentist wouldn't thank you for that!
