The mugs measure approx 80mm height, 77mm base diameter, and 86mm across the diameter of the top rim.

 

The mugs hold approx 10oz / 284ml of liquid.

 

Please note: due to the hand-crafted nature of the enamel mugs, each product may differ very slightly and is expected to contain light defects such as dimples, colour blemishes and black dots.

We strongly recommend that the mugs are hand washed and thoroughly hand dried immediately to maintain the optimum quality and longevity, as small rust spots may appear. This is an inherent characteristic of enamel mugs. Please bear this in mind before purchasing. 

 

Enamel mugs are not microwave or dishwasher safe.

Once your order has been received, we aim to package and dispatch your mug within 24-72hours, depending on the day of the week your order is placed.

Royal Mail 1st Class service aims to deliver within one day, however this is not guaranteed and in some cases it may take 2-3 days from the date of dispatch for your mug to arrive.

 

The mugs are carefully packaged in a outer shipping carton with some shredded packing paper to ensure the inside presentation box remains in good condition throughout the shipping process, which we know is important if you're sending the mug as a gift to someone.

 

Please note, our boxes are bigger than most letterboxes, so someone needs to be home to receive the delivery otherwise it may be left with a neighbour or at your Post Office to collect.
