Made with the finest professional grade Belgian chocolate varieties, including Callebaut and Belcolade, quality Dutch-processed cocoa powder, local free-range Perthshire eggs and real Scottish butter, our Cookies and Buttercream Dream cake is a decadent taste sensation for all the chocoholic cookie lovers out there!

 

Our jumbo NYC style cookies are super chunky and packed with chocolate chips, and cut into quarters to decorate the top of your cake.

 

Your cake will be professionally presented on a cake board inside a suitably tall cake box to protect it - the finished cake sits over 7" tall!

Due to the fresh, edible and perishable nature of our baked goods, we cannot accept returns or refunds.

 

We give the utmost care and attention to our cakes and our recipes are thoroughly tested and have to meet a seal of approval before we offer them for sale, so we're confident you'll love your cake.

 

However, in the unlikely event that it does not meet your satisfaction please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our utmost to resolve any genuine issues and make sure you're happy.

When you collect your cake from our cake studio, it will be presented to you on a solid cake board and inside a purpose-designed cake box to cover and protect it.

 

The box should be carefully carried in a fully upright position to your vehicle and we suggest you don't walk far with it, even if you live relatively local to us - these cakes can be pretty weighty and cause arm ache, trust me!

 

The cake should be transported as level as possible, so we suggest putting it in one of the footwell areas in your car, where it should fit nice and snug to prevent the box sliding around.  Do not sit the cake box on the passenger seats - these are not usually level, and it could risk falling off!  

Our Cookies and Buttercream Dream celebration cake contains the following allergens:

BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE CONTACT US BY EMAIL OR VIA OUR WEBSITE TO ENSURE WE HAVE AVAILABILITY FOR THE DATE YOU REQUIRE YOUR CAKE.  WE USUALLY REQUIRE AT LEAST 10 DAYS NOTICE FOR OUR DELUXE CELEBRATION CAKE RANGE, SOMETIMES LONGER DEPENDING ON OUR DIARY.

 

All of our cakes and their fillings are handmade from scratch and baked fresh to order, and we can only take on a limited number of celebration cake orders each week.  

 

Once we've liaised with you to confirm availability for your required date, we'll direct you back to our website to place your order and confirm arrangements for collection.

We don't use any artificial preservatives but our cakes are always baked fresh to order to ensure you get the longest shelf life possible for this sort of fresh perishable product.  

 

Although our cakes are intended to be consumed on the day of collection, any leftovers not eaten on the day can safely be kept for approximately three days if stored appropriately.

 

Our cakes should be stored in their boxes in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight or heat sources.  Buttercream cakes can be delicate and may require refrigeration.

 

Once cut, any leftover cake should be tightly wrapped with cling film and preferrably in an airtight container.

The number of portions yielded from your cake will largely depend on how well it is cut, as well as your preferred portion size.  As our cakes are made tall with lots of sponge, filling and rich flavour, coffee style finger portions are often adequate when being served along with other items, i.e as part of a party buffet or after a celebration meal.

 

A 6" cake will yield approximately 20 coffee style portions, if cut into 1"x1" fingers.  Alternatively, it would serve approximately 12-14 larger portions.

 

A 8" cake will yield up to approximately 40 coffee style portions, if cut into 1"x1" fingers.   Alternatively, it would serve approximately 20+ larger portions.

 

To maximise servings, we recommend cutting right through your cake to create large 1" thick slices, which can then each be cut in the opposite direction to create finger portions.
