Due to the fresh, edible and perishable nature of our baked goods, we cannot accept returns or refunds.

We're confident your order will arrive in perfect condition and you'll love it.  However, in the unlikely event that it does not meet your satisfaction please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our utmost to resolve any genuine issues and make sure you're happy.

Due to potential postal delays over the festive period, we strongly urge you to select Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping option at checkout.  

Royal Mail Tracked 24 service aims to deliver within one day, however this is not guaranteed and in some cases it may take 2-3 days from the date of dispatch for your brownies to arrive.

The gift boxes are sent in made to measure self-locking shipping carton to ensure your brownies arrive in perfect condition.

Please note, our boxes are slightly bigger than some letterboxes - we don't do skinny brownies - so someone needs to be home to receive the delivery otherwise it may be left with a neighbour or at your Post Office to collect.

WE WILL ENSURE YOUR BROWNIES ARE POSTED ON YOUR SELECTED DATE, BUT CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POSTAL DELAYS - THIS IS OUTWITH OUR CONTROL, AND NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN IN THIS INSTANCE.

Please note that all our products are prepared in an environment where nuts and other allergens are handled.

All our brownies are handmade from scratch and baked fresh to order.  We aim to prepare your order as quickly as possible but please note that brownies will only be dispatched on set dates throughout the festive period.  Please select your preferred shipping date and allow adequate time for arrival.

We don't use any artificial preservatives but our brownies are always baked fresh to order, just before shipping to you to ensure you get the longest shelf life possible for this sort of fresh perishable product.  

Most flavours are still good and perfectly safe to eat even up to 10 days from the date of production, as long as they have been stored appropriately.

If you're not serving all your brownies on the day they arrive with you, we'd suggest you store the rest of them in an airtight container in the fridge to prolong the shelf life.

Alternatively, most flavours freeze well if wrapped tightly in cling film or another freezer safe food wrapping.
