All our brownies are handmade from scratch and baked fresh to order.  The Big Brownie Slab will usually be baked and then sent off to you within 2-3 days of placing your order.  

We strongly suggest you select the Royal Mail 1st Class or Tracked 24 shipping option at checkout to ensure your brownie arrives as quickly and as fresh as possible. 

Royal Mail 1st Class service aims to deliver within one day, however this is not guaranteed and in some cases it may take 2-3 days from the date of dispatch for your brownies to arrive.

The brownie boxes are posted in a self-locking shipping carton to ensure your brownie arrives in perfect condition.

Please note, our boxes are bigger than most letterboxes - we don't do skinny brownies - so someone needs to be home to receive the delivery otherwise it may be left with a neighbour or at your Post Office to collect.

All of our regular brownie flavours contain the following allergens:

• eggs, gluten/wheat, milk, soy

Gluten-free brownies are made using Doves Farm gluten-free flour.  Although we take extreme care and certain measures to minimise the risk of any cross-contamination, we can never entirely rule out the possibility of this, therefore our products are not suitable for anyone with an extreme gluten allergy - e.g. coeliac disease.

Certain flavour options may contain additional allergens which will be clearly notified on the packaging along with full list of ingredients, but please don't hesitate to contact us prior to ordering to confirm any allergy queries.

Please note that all our products are prepared in an environment where nuts and other allergens are handled.  

We don't use any artificial preservatives but our brownies are always baked fresh to order, just before shipping to you to ensure you get the longest shelf life possible for this sort of fresh perishable product. 

Most flavours are still good and perfectly safe to eat even up to 10 days from the date of production, as long as they have been stored appropriately.

If you're not serving all your brownies on the day they arrive with you, we'd suggest you store the rest of them in an airtight container in the fridge to prolong the shelf life.  Alternatively, most flavours freeze very well if wrapped tightly in cling film or another freezer safe food wrapping. 

Due to the fresh, edible and perishable nature of our baked goods, we cannot accept returns or refunds.

We're confident your order will arrive in perfect condition and you'll love it.  However, in the unlikely event that it does not meet your satisfaction please don't hesitate to contact us upon receipt of the goods, and we'll do our utmost to resolve any genuine issues and make sure you're happy.
